X10 president Oleg Ivanov, who founded the company two decades ago, recalled arriving in the Philippines “without knowing a single person.” What he found was a deep pool of talent and energy enough to convince him to build X10’s presence here. Since then, the firm has expanded its Philippine team and now works with a range of major clients across industries.

“Today, X10 Technologies in the Philippines employs over 70 employees. And now we’re serving various verticals and getting opportunities to work with some of the largest clients in the Philippines,” Ivanov said.

Thus, the need for a bigger, more responsive headquarters. The newly opened Makati site highlights how seriously X10 is investing in the country. Instead of traditional cubicles, the office features collaborative lounges, modern meeting areas and even a bar and entertainment space designed to encourage creativity and team bonding. The company says the goal was to create an environment where employees and customers can work and connect more naturally.

Beyond the aesthetics, the facility is engineered for heavy-duty tech operations. It houses a Network Operations Center (NOC) and a Security Operations Center (SOC), which are critical command rooms where engineers monitor networks, respond to threats and ensure seamless, secure digital performance for clients worldwide. A dedicated staging room allows teams to test solutions before deployment, backed by a fully equipped, enterprise-grade server room.

According to Ivanov, the expansion reflects X10’s commitment to serving as digital transformation accelerates across the Philippines. “We see X10 becoming a trusted technology provider for our customers, government and private sector, enabling them to use technology securely,” Ivanov said.

“Our goal in the Philippines is to expand to additional geographical areas outside of Metro, and also into industry verticals,” he added. The company continues to focus on delivering managed services, secure connectivity, professional services and solutions across sectors, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing and infrastructure.

Leadership from both Canada and the Philippines emphasized that the Manila team is supported by X10’s global network of experts to ensure reliability even in complex deployments. The company reported strong year-on-year growth both globally and locally that reinforces the Philippines’ role as a strategic market.

With its new headquarters, X10 aims to expand further across the country and into additional industries. “The Philippines has a bright digital future ahead and we’re excited to be a part of it,” Ivanov said.
