X10 Technologies brought its team and partners together in Vancouver from September 9 to 11 for X10 Academy 2026, its annual conference for strategic dialogue, sales enablement, technical training and leadership development.
Building on the spirit of the 2025 X10 Academy, this year’s event created space for the people shaping X10 Technologies’ future to exchange ideas, deepen their expertise and reinforce the partnerships supporting their success.
Over three days, participants moved from connection to learning and, ultimately, toward a clearer direction for the work ahead.

Ahead of the formal training program, members of the leadership team gathered for a working session focused on X10 Technologies’ priorities, market opportunities and go-to-market direction.
The discussions provided an opportunity to examine how the organization could build on its existing strengths while improving collaboration across sales, engineering, operations and service delivery.
As team members and partners arrived in Vancouver, the first day concluded with dinner at Sempre Uno. The gathering created an informal setting for colleagues travelling from different regions to reconnect before the conference sessions began.
The formal Academy program opened with remarks from the X10 Technologies leadership team, who welcomed colleagues and partners attending in person and virtually.
The opening positioned X10 Academy as more than an annual training event. It is an opportunity to step back from daily responsibilities, understand where the company is heading and consider how each part of the organization contributes to that direction.
The leadership team reflected on X10 Technologies’ continued growth and the opportunities emerging across its markets. A central theme was the importance of working as one organization. Sales, engineering, operations and service delivery each bring different strengths, but their greatest impact comes when those strengths work together.
The message was also grounded in trust. Growth is not only about reaching new customers. It requires listening more closely, maintaining regular conversations and finding new ways to support organizations that already trust X10 Technologies.
The main program was divided into dedicated sales and engineering tracks at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier.
Across both days, participants joined sessions covering cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and emerging solutions.
Technology partners represented throughout the program included TrendAI, Cynet, Thales, SentinelOne, ServiceNow, Armis, Netskope, Fortinet, HPE Aruba Networking, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Veeam, Dell Technologies, Cohesity and Cato Networks.
The sales track focused on helping teams understand evolving customer needs, communicate the value of emerging solutions and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
The engineering track offered deeper technical discussions designed to strengthen implementation knowledge, expand solution expertise and prepare teams for increasingly complex customer environments.
Although the two tracks followed different paths, they served the same purpose: equipping X10 Technologies and its partners with the knowledge, context and confidence required to serve customers more effectively.

Throughout the leadership discussions, one idea continued to surface: knowledge becomes valuable when it can be translated into practical customer outcomes.
Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and automation are developing quickly. Organizations need partners who can help them understand these changes and apply new technologies responsibly and effectively.
For X10 Technologies, this means building on established expertise while developing services that respond to real operational challenges. It also means involving technical specialists earlier, strengthening collaboration with technology partners and creating solutions that teams can confidently take to market.
X10 Academy allowed participants to look beyond individual products and consider how different technologies can work together within a broader customer strategy.
The second day included an awards presentation celebrating the values, commitment and teamwork that contribute to X10 Technologies’ success.
The awards were organized around two defining ideas: “One Goal” and “Go Beyond.”
Recognition extended across technical leadership, managed services, project delivery, management and sales performance. The presentation celebrated both individual accomplishments and the people whose consistent support enables their colleagues and teams to succeed.
More than a formal presentation, the awards reflected the culture X10 Technologies is working to strengthen: one in which progress is shared, contributions are recognized and success in one part of the organization helps create success elsewhere.

Learning continued beyond the scheduled sessions.
On the evening of September 10, participants gathered for the Executive Social Event at the Vancouver home of X10 Technologies CEO and Founder Oleg Ivanov.
The evening brought colleagues and partners together for conversation, dinner, entertainment and time away from the structure of the conference rooms. It allowed participants to reconnect with familiar faces, continue discussions from the day and develop new professional relationships.
The gathering reflected an important part of the X10 Academy experience: strong partnerships are built not only through presentations and business meetings, but also through genuine conversation and shared experiences.
Connection, conversation and celebration gave the Academy another dimension and reinforced the sense of community surrounding X10 Technologies.
As X10 Academy 2026 concluded, Oleg described the event as productive time spent learning not only about technologies, but also about one another.
He emphasized that everyone contributes to the success of the wider organization. Stronger services create stronger customer relationships, while stronger collaboration gives every team more opportunities to succeed.
Oleg also challenged participants to raise their level of preparation and continue investing in their professional education. Achieving new results, he explained, requires new approaches.
For sales professionals, this means developing enough technical knowledge to have more informed customer conversations, pursuing relevant certifications and concentrating on a core group of technologies. It also means building stronger relationships with vendor representatives, understanding the problems each solution addresses and following through consistently after every conversation.
Even a small, regular investment in learning can become a multiplier for future career and business results.
Oleg’s closing message extended beyond product knowledge. He encouraged participants to invest in themselves, build relationships deliberately and use emerging tools to learn more effectively and prepare for more meaningful customer discussions.
X10 Technologies will continue strengthening the structure around this development through focused vendor alignment, guided learning questions and new enablement tools designed to help teams retain and apply what they learn.
X10 Academy 2026 was designed to broaden perspectives, strengthen capabilities and help shape future-ready technology leaders.
Its value will be measured not only by what participants learned during the conference, but also by what they do with that knowledge afterward: the conversations they initiate, the partnerships they strengthen, the commitments they follow through on and the customer outcomes they help create.
The Academy concluded with renewed momentum, stronger relationships and a practical challenge for every participant: keep learning, invest in your capabilities and turn knowledge into action.
Three days brought the X10 Technologies team and its partners together. The work that follows will turn their shared knowledge into meaningful customer impact.
